Multiples

I’m looking to get rid of background problems, instead, I get multiples of the subject, surrounding the subject. I take a picture of my grand with a tree or limb coming out of his head, use the Super Eraser, the arbor problem is gone, but there are eight small, partial pics of my grand, surrounding the main pic.
I’ve gone over the tutorial many times and it says nothing about multiples.
